Donald Farley, chairman, is chief executive officer of Spencer Trask Specialty Group, LLC, and former president of Pfizer Consumer Health Care and Pfizer Food Science Group.

Paul Citron, is the Vice President of Technology Policy and Academic Relations for Medtronic, Inc., and is a Founding Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE).

Harold Paz, M.D., dean of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and CEO of the Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Group.

David DiGiacinto, is a Senior Managing Director of Spencer Trask Specialty Group, LLC. Before joining Spencer Trask, he spent 18 years at Pfizer in various positions including Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management in the Chemical/Food Science and Consumer Health Care Groups. Mr. DiGiacinto received a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1975.

Jack Reich, Ph.D., is a cofounder, CEO and director of Collateral Therapeutics. Earlier, he cofounded MyoTech, Inc., was senior vice president, Enterprise Partners, a venture capital firm, and was vice president, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations of Gensia, Inc.

Solomon Steiner, Ph.D., was founder of Pharmaceutical Development Corporation (PDC), which was recently merged into Mannkind Corporation. Dr. Steiner is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Mannkind Corporation. Prior to founding PDC, he was founder and CEO of Emisphere, Inc.
